Free Seaways Article: Running out of room?

In the crowded waters of the North Sea, wind farms, oil exploration and other infrastructure are increasingly constraining the area available for navigation. Maritime Spatial Planning should ensure that enough space remains for safe shipping – but a new report from the Dutch Safety Board suggests more action is needed.
