AIS MESSAGING AND ACCURACY OF DATA - Safety Alert

A reminder that AIS text messaging must not be relied upon, particularly for safety, and that messages may not be seen by the intended recipient.
Also a reminder that both static and dynamic AIS data needs to be accurate in order for the system to be used to best advantage by all concerned.
