Fatigue at Sea

This is a response to your call for comment in the Seaways magazine September 2013

It is my opinion that the practice of sailing with only two Deck Officers ( Master and Mate) is unsafe and should not be allowed to continue.

How I would like to see a country put the brakes on this practice by refusing to allow any vessel to sail from that country manned as such.

Further more I feel that the NI should be calling for a halt to the practice.
