06/023 - Engine maintenance

During an overhaul of an engine unit, 2/E while lifting cyl. head forgot to put all the hoisting sling hooks properly in place. This resulted in tilting of the head causing injury to two crew members. Total work hours by 2/E at time of accident was 18 hrs.
