Leadership and Management in the Maritime Domain
Designed for middle management, this ILM Level 5 in Leadership and Management qualification will prepare you for management at a higher level.
The Nautical Institute Academy's Leadership and Management in the Maritime Domain programme is designed for aspiring and/or practising middle managers, helping them to develop their skills and experience, improve performance and prepare for senior management responsibilities. The programme allows participants to use core management techniques to drive better results and to develop ability to lead, motivate and inspire. It also prepare participants for strategic leadership as well as day-to-day management and benchmarking managerial skills.
The programme is divided into three levels, basic, intermediate and advanced. Each level contains a varying number of modules, all with differing and relevant subjects in the maritime domain.
