Capt Stephen Tucker AFNI is a retired Master serving predominately with Teekay until 2013.  He has sailed as Master on Aframaxes, crude carriers and LNG tankers, and has a wide knowledge and experience of shiphandling hazardous cargoes in different situations and sea-states.
