Data and Human Performance
A Webinar from the North West England and North Wales Branch of The Nautical Institute, led by Milas Green AMNI of maritime human performance specialists Green-Jakobsen.
This webinar will delve into how human performance data can be used to optimise decision making and improve safety and operational outcomes in the maritime industry. We will explore human performance, why data is essential, and how to use it effectively at individual, team, and organisational levels. By examining real-world case studies and best practices, attendees will learn how to leverage quantitative and qualitative data to enhance performance, reduce incidents, and foster a culture of continuous improvement for both the employee and the organisation.
